What is involved:

1. Schedule a session from the pop-up window or confirmation email you'll receive after purchase.
2. You have the ability to reschedule the session if the need arises.
3. If you need to cancel, you can do so using the link in your confirmation email.  
4. Zoom link to the online session will be in your confirmation email.
